THE MOVES
I recommend binding AT LEAST 6 keys, but binding more has it's advantages when it comes to things like digging. But here are some binding moves.
*any further binding, in my opinion, is unnecessary unless your using it to dig.*
I recommend binding AT LEAST 6 keys, but binding more has it's advantages when it comes to things like digging. But here are some binding moves.
- SINGLE BIND (90): A simple 90 degree turn created by pressing a single directional key
- DOUBLE BIND (180): A 180 degree turn created by pressing two keys at the same time that are assigned to the same direction. (leaves you going in the opposite direction)
- DOUBLE BIND (Notch): Two 90 degree turns created by pressing two keys at the same time that are assigned to different directions (leaves you going the same direction). This creates a notch in your wall. You can effectively create a notch on either side of the wall by pressing one direction slightly before the other.
- TRIPLE BIND (270): A 270 degree turn (three 90 degree turns) created by pressing three keys at the same time that are assigned to the same direction. This technique turns you 270 degrees, essentially leaving you going in the opposite direction of the keys you pressed (i.e. three lefts leaves you facing right). Since you have a wall coming out behind you, this technique by itself will kill you. This means that you have to single bind in the opposite direction to avoid dying (i.e. three rights then one left)
- TRIPLE BIND (Turn): This is three 90 degree turns in which you press three keys at the same time that are assigned to different directions. Since you only have two directions to turn, two keys will be for the same direction (i.e. left, left, right). In this technique the dominate direction (the direction that you are pressing two keys for) will come after the other direction. (i.e. left, left, right = right turn, left turn, left turn. In that order)
*any further binding, in my opinion, is unnecessary unless your using it to dig.*
