There's many different versions of snake so heres one that will refresh your memory, gamebalance.com/games/snakeclassic.htmlbasically there is 12-16 rooms (considering max_cilent) so everyone has a chance to play, the food is target zones that give you 1-100 pts each. When you go into one, another one is respawned. You start out with no trail, then each food pellet adds 1-10 trail. You can't eat your line (cycle_rubber 1) Only single binding, no double, triple, ect. Axes can't be 4, i was thinking 8 but I'm unsure. The url i gave you is a blank map, im thinking that it has moderate obstacles.

I actually had this same idea and was going to post it Anyways there's a few problems... We can't make cycle walls grow larger each target hit because you have to supply a single number to grow to "ie. grow to size 10" can't do "grow to size x+10" But besides the growing, this would work

Yes, I know already it is possible with php script, now, someone has to ask them to write it for us.
btw, that is a weird version of snake, all the one's I've played have 4 axes

well, since we all can't script (yet!) how about tail growth is timebased. It starts off short, but over time it gets longer
